This Client Relationship Manager role sits within a global consultancy who offer financial risk management and operational treasury services to a wide range of clients. The firm provides guidance and expert knowledge in the management of Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange and Commodities.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building a business marketing strategy which will allow the firm to maximise and develop its existing client base, as well as its engagement with clients within new markets.
You will be responsible for identifying trends, best practice and weaknesses, whilst suggesting and implementing changes to drive business efficiency's. Further responsibilities include managing and making improvements to lead generation campaigns, measuring results, and suggest improvements to current processes.
Previous experience within a similar Client Relationship Managerial role would be beneficial to achieving success within this role.
