A boutique, London based, real estate fund management and investment business is looking for an investor relations professional to support its business development and fundraising of its next fund, for a 12-18 month contract initially.
The role will involve sales of the investment proposition and development of institutional investor relationships. You will lead business development through investor targeting globally, supporting a specific fundraise. You will work with senior partners and utilise the existing CRM software to ensure all activity is monitored and you will provide regular updates on leads and funds generated.
The ideal candidate will have experience of private equity fundraising, and ideally experience within real estate. You will need to be a self-starter and take initiative working in a small team.
