Our client is one the world's leading law firms. To support the practice groups on the planning and

implementation of all business development initiatives related to the group they are currently looking to

hire a

 

Senior International Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

 

based in Frankfurt.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and advice regarding all business development-related enquiries
  • Identify and initiate activities aimed at targeting potential clients or further developing existing clients of the group
  • Support to create and deliver the business plans for the group as well as negotiate and execute sponsorships contracts for the group
  • Identifies and initiates the development and execution of marketing and thought leadership campaigns for the group
  • Take over the responsibility of planning, program creation and execution of events for the group with support of events
  • Promote the group internally and externally via internal communications and press work in collaboration with the communications team
  • Manage and contribute to multi-jurisdictional pitches and panels and act as a link between local BD team and International BD team

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, law or communication
  • Extensive business development and/or marketing experience gained preferably in a professional services environment
  • Creative, output driven and results orientated person with excellent communications, presentation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and negotiating deals alongside cross-selling
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with partners and staff and set priorities
  • Team worker with excellent customer service skills and intercultural competence
  • Excellent command of English
